If you don’t like any of our products after purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days (in new, uninstalled condition, and original packaging with invoice or purchase proof).
Your refund or exchange will be initiated once the product has been returned and checked.
Terms and conditions:
1. No returns for goods sold in good condition. Defective goods may be returned after we investigate and confirm that the item was defective prior to sale.
2. Goods can only be exchanged if the original items purchased are unopened and undamaged.
3. If an item has been used or the packaging box has been tampered with, it will not be accepted for return.
4. We cannot accept returns of products that have been clearly marked as non-returnable on the Product Details Page.
5. Retail price does not include delivery. Delivery will be confirmed via phone or email after online purchase. We are partner with GIG, for all deliveries we would provide a direct quote once product has been purchased
